Why have we gone step-mad? background

Why have we gone step-mad?

Why have we gone step-mad?

It can be easy to think the world’s gone step-crazy, but it’s with good reason that I will forever ask you to keep moving.

Working towards 10,000 steps a day has a huge, incredibleimpact on your heart health, strengthens your lungs, bones and muscles AND will boost your energy and increase your productivity.

New research shows that even as little as 4,000 steps a day can reduce dementia by 25%, the research even showed that 10,000 steps a day can reduce risks by up to 50%!!

Best of all… it’s FREE! Yes it can be cold or raining but I truly believe if you can, you should!

Every little helps, even if you’ve only got a spare 5-10 minutes – throwing your trainers on and getting outside for fresh air and a few hundred steps is BRILLIANT, for your body and your mind, we all need fresh air!

Steps are incredible, you’re making a huge tick in the box for your future health AND you’ll instantly feel better, I promise! Tell me this, when have you been out for a walk and NOT felt better?

Try adding in pockets of steps into your day, even just 5 minutes at a time, and if you can’t get 10,000 in – just do what you can, 5,000 is 5,000 times better than 0.
