Workouts are pre-recorded and available 24/7 in the members area, perfect for working out from home and adding exercise into your current lifestyle rather than having to make sacrifices, especially with your time. Our dumbbell workouts are a great way to tone up, get strong and shape the body. We have sessions working on the upper body, lower body, full body and core.

Our resistance band workouts are great as mini loop bands are a cost effective solution to workout equipment and can be done anywhere! This workout is a great way to tone up and get strong.

Our pyramid workouts are a fun, high intensity cardio session. These sessions are a little challenging but if you are ready for the challenge, get ready for this spicy challenge. If you don't fancy something high impact, give non impact cardio a try!

Non Impact Cardio is the perfect alternative for a good seaty workout without any impact, perfect if you are just getting started with exercise, you don't like jumping movement or returning from injury.
