Absolutely! You get a 3-day-per-week workout programme with 30-minute workouts scheduled for you in your in-app calendar, ready for you to get started. However, you are in complete control, so if you want to add more, remove them, shorten them, or switch to gym workouts, you can simply swipe, delete, add, and rearrange them.
When it comes to a meal plan, it’s highly personal and depends on your likes and dislikes. Thrive In The Kitchen is our new cooking series, where I send fresh recipes to your in-app mailbox each week, giving you new ideas and expanding your recipe collection over time. Using your blank meal planner, you can create a meal plan and share it in your accountability group for extra feedback. This way, the meal plan you create is optimised by me but tailored to suit you and your family.
Within Thrive, we offer a wide range of workouts, both with and without equipment. The 3x-per-week "Strength & Tone" programme includes dumbbell and mini loop band workouts. The other on-demand workouts require equipment, such as dumbbells, a single kettlebell, and a pack of mini loop bands (latex, not fabric). However, if you’re not in a position to get equipment at the moment, we have plenty of workouts available ranging from core to cardio—that don’t require any equipment.
Absolutely! Thrive is designed to be a program for everyone, no matter what stage of life you’re in. If you’re just getting started or haven’t exercised in a while, we have workouts and programmes tailored for beginners. These include exercise adaptations throughout to ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

You simply can cancel your subscription within your account at anytime and if you wish to rejoin, you log back in and resubscribe :)
Our Thrive App programme is just £9.99 per month, with absolutely no hidden catches. Many people think it’s too good to be true, but I originally created our programme by chance at the start of the pandemic and quickly realised how many people I could help. My mission is to keep the programme as affordable as possible, ensuring that everyone has access to exercise and nutrition advice.
Thrive 8 is my 1-1 coaching programme working with me directly, so if you do want additional support and accountability from me and a more personalised / specific route then this might be the best option. The cost reflects the time we spend together and I do put a lot into this process to get you incredible results.
