FAQS

What time are the LIVE workouts?

The LIVE workout times at 7 AM & 7 PM are always subject to change based on feedback; however, these will be the LIVE workout times from March to May, and we will review this after then.

The full timetable can be downloaded within the app or each LIVE workout is scheduled as an “event” within the Event section of our Facebook community group.

What if I can’t make a LIVE workout?

All workouts are available on demand. LIVE workouts are on Facebook and can be watched back on the Facebook group or completed via the Thrive App.

I don’t have Facebook, can I still join?

We recognise that not everyone is on Facebook, and it’s important to me that you still feel very connected to the community. Our LIVE workouts are streamed through the Facebook group, but you can watch these back inside the Thrive App afterwards, anytime. We also have an in-app forum group for you to engage with other members.

Some members have made a “fitness profile” only for Facebook, which could be a possible solution if you did want to join.

Do you need equipment?

Within the Thrive App, there are workout options with and without equipment, so if you aren’t in a position to get equipment, there are lots of workouts you can take part in; it’s not essential.

Weight/resistance exercise is something that is important to do, so in time, it would be great if you are able to either get “mini loop resistance bands” or dumbbells/kettlebells - try your local Facebook marketplace or the community group as there are often members selling unwanted kit.

Do you need to count calories as part of the programme??

No. You don’t have to take this route at all and with the new in app meal planner and regularly adding more and more recipes, it makes eating healthier even easier without having to count calories.

If however, you do wish to do this, there is additional education available to ensure you use the tool in a non restrictive way.

Can this help me with fat loss?

Yes. If you have a fat loss goal, this program can support you. I prefer to focus more on building sustainable, healthy habits, helping you become more active, and improving your relationship with food.

As a by-product, you may lose body fat. Focusing on these aspects means you're more likely to maintain your results for life. I prefer to focus less on the scales and more on your overall well-being.

Am I tied into a contract?

No, you aren’t tied to any contract. You can cancel your membership at any time

What’s the difference between Thrive and Thrive Plus?

Thrive plus is our new membership option that allows you to have a more personalised experience.With thrive plus, you will get a personalised exercise programme, nutrition goals, step targets, and daily habits.

At the end of each month I will send you a monthly review to check in to see if any adjustments are needed and give you feedback. Thrive plus only opens once per month, at the end of the month and the spaces are extremely limited.

Can I upgrade to Thrive Plus?

If you are on the Thrive Community option and feel you’d benefit from a more personalised programme, you can upgrade when the spaces open at the end of the month.

Are there different payment options?

With both programmes, there is extra savings if you want to commit to longer.Thrive Community - our annual membership gives you 10 months for the cost of 12.

Thrive Plus - we have introduced 3 payment options, 3, 6 & 12 months, each giving you more savings the longer you stay.
